Why Guitar Solos?
I have to say that I was hesitating whether or not create this fanlisting. After all I didn't think it would gather many fans. And I wasn't sude if I'm really that much in love with Guitar Solos. But now I'm really happy I've sent the apply for, 'cause I really do. Everytime I hear a guitar solo in a song I'm melting. When the bridge come I'm alredy ready to hear the solo, I feel like I knew it by heart, in my ming I'm following the melody and just drift away. Even walking down the streets with my beloved headphones on on my favorite solos I grab my air guitar and discretly play along with the guitarist. And sometimes it happens that with no music at all something just comes u to my ming, it may be a song, lyrics maybe as well as, yes, guitar solos! I'm weird I know, forgive me.
I only don't like guitar solos with no music in background a.k.a look-how-great-I-am-and-what-I-can-do videos on You Tube and my acquaintance's performances. I don't say they are not impressing, it's actually really amazing how skilled you can get by practicing hard, but they just don't make me feel so amazing as while hearing a solo in a song.
The title
Well, it's a first time I'm writing about the title of the fanlisting but this time I just feel I have to. I agree that this title is very simple and maybe overrated and that's why I want to defend it. Another option was oblivion but I though it doesn't get the point very well. As Thesaurus is my god I check there for synonyms to oblivion and escape.

Synonyms: forgetfulness, obliviousness
But they were too fance. Thus I decided to stick with escape. Then, why so? Music always seemed for me a sort of gate to the other world where you forget about reality, drift in your dreams and forget about your everyway problems. And it must be even intense for people who are creating music. On stage or in studio, music is everything they have, everything they focus on. An escape from reality.
